I should ride up to Coors one of these days. The brewery is on Clear Creek, and the brewing water is pumped from wells on brewery property - just downstream from the former Colorado School of Mines Research Institute. For some time the CSMRI site was easy to locate - there was a mound of radioactive tailings on it.

I'm not sure, but I think out east Coors was once beer concentrate and treated tap water. In the last few years, I think Coors has started brewing beer out there using water from the Rocky Mountains of Northern Virgina.
